What's the minimum and maximum group size?
We've planned trips from small groups of 6 to larger gatherings of 40, with vehicles and rooms sized accordingly.
Can the group include a wide mix of ages?
Yes — many of our group trips span three generations. We plan the pace and activities to work for kids, adults and grandparents together.
Can the cost be split and invoiced individually?
Yes — we can provide a single group invoice or split billing per family or individual, whichever is easier for your group.
Is each family or couple in their own vehicle?
We split larger groups across multiple private vehicles, so no one is squeezed in — every jeep still stays exclusive to your group.
Do you guarantee a tiger or leopard sighting?
No agency honestly can. What we do is design your zones, timing and number of drives around the patterns that give you the best realistic odds.
How far in advance should we book?
Group permits and larger properties need more lead time — we suggest reaching out at least 8–10 weeks before your planned dates.
What's included in the cost?
Stays, group safaris with naturalists, permits, transfers, your dedicated tour leader, and the signature experiences you choose. Flights are quoted separately.
