Sathyamangalam is one of the largest tiger reserves in India and a crucial elephant corridor connecting Western and Eastern Ghats forests. The reserve is spread across vast landscapes of dry deciduous forests, thorn forests, and river valleys along the Bhavani River. Sathyamangalam gained national attention for its rising tiger numbers and for being a safe passage for migrating elephants.

KMTR is one of India’s most biodiverse tiger reserves, located in the Tirunelveli district.
