What group sizes can you accommodate?
We've planned offsites from small leadership teams of 10 to full-company retreats of 200, with vehicles and venues sized accordingly.
Can we run our own sessions or bring in outside facilitators?
Yes — we arrange the meeting space and logistics, and you're welcome to run your own agenda or bring in external facilitators for any session.
Do you handle corporate billing and invoicing?
Yes — we can invoice directly to your company, with GST-compliant documentation for your finance team.
Is alcohol and evening entertainment customisable?
Completely — from a dry, formal dinner to a full bar and live music, the tone of each evening is built around what your team wants.
How do you manage safety for larger groups?
Every vehicle carries its own naturalist and driver, groups are split to keep each jeep at a safe, comfortable size, and our team stays on-site throughout.
How far in advance should we book?
Larger properties and safari permits for groups need more lead time — we suggest reaching out at least 8–12 weeks before your planned dates.
What's included in the cost?
Stays, group safaris with naturalists, permits, transfers, venue hire for sessions, and the signature experiences you choose. Flights are quoted separately.
